HostWell has made renting out the spare room in my house seamless. They're professional, trustworthy and thorough. Hostwell has managed our downstairs short-term rental for almost two years now and I'm very satisfied. They do high-quality cleanings and stock the unit with high-quality supplies. He is resourceful and practical and has good advice both about the details of the space and about city regulations and taxes.
